BeeProud already helps families every day. For schools, I built a dedicated module: class routines, attendance, dismissal and a direct link with parents. It is free, and it will stay free.
Designed with people on the ground
Each role sees only what it needs, on a phone or a tablet.
Teachers and educators
Take attendance in the morning in a few taps, follow the class routines and celebrate each child's achievements.
After-school care
Sees the list of children present and records each dismissal: with whom, at what time. A child absent in the morning never appears in the dismissal list.
Parents
Get a notification when their child leaves, see their day and can tell the school about an absence or a different pick-up in two taps.
School administration
Creates the classes, invites the staff, sees today's attendance and keeps control of every access. Everything is managed from a simple web browser.
A school day, followed from morning to evening
- In the morning: the teacher marks who is present and who is absent. An “Everyone is present” button for ordinary mornings.
- At the end of the day: after-school care records each dismissal: parent, school bus, on their own, other authorized adult.
- Parents are notified: a notification goes out as soon as their child has left the school.
- Notices from parents: planned absence, early pick-up, someone else picking up: the information goes straight to the class list.

You write to me
A short conversation to understand how your school works: number of classes, after-school care, schedules.
I create your space
Classes, staff and access are ready. Each person receives a code to join the school from the app.
Parents join
One printable card per child, given to the parents. They install BeeProud for free and link their child to the class.
Children involved, so clear rules
Free, for good
No cost for the school, no cost for parents. No limited trial, no paid tier coming later: the Schools and daycares module is free, period.
Minimal data
The child's first name, class, attendance and dismissals. No photos of children on my servers, no advertising, no resale. The school's data is deleted on request or at the end of the school year.
Made in Canada, in English and French
An app built in Quebec City by a dad, with a direct contact: when you write, the creator of BeeProud answers you. The app and the school panel are available in English and French.
